About Us

WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO!!

The Cowtown Foundation Inc. is an organization comprised of individuals who are well versed in USDA Rules and Regulations. We can represent you before the Agency's Administrative Law Judge.

In addition, we have a network of licensed attorneys throughout the United States who can represent clients in Civil Rights Litigation and/or Breach of Contract Claims against The United States Department of Agriculture.

WHAT'S NEW!!

Currently we are working on a proposal to network 1890 Land Grant Colleges  to assist farmers in Beef Cattle Production and "Farm to Table" business models that will increase revenue to the producers.

Socially Disadvantaged Farmers March on Federal Courthouse in Albany, Ga. on April 25, 2018 at 10 am.

All are welcome to come out to support these farmers as they file a historical suit against the USDA. Some of these farmers have been waiting decades for a hearing at the administrative level with the Administrative Law Judge.

The Agency has blocked all hearing by minority farmers, in an effort to run the Black Farmers out of business.
