Our team is currently putting together documentation to file an action of behalf of our members that did not receive debt relief on their farm ownership loans or any debt relief at all. We will also contest the administrative offsets on all farmers who have not had a formal hearing before the Administrative Law Judge or subsequent review in Federal District Court .
Within 30 days we will provide the documents for all of the public to follow along the journey of The Black Farmers and other Socially Disadvantaged Farmers to finally get justice on the "Worst Settlement Agreement" in American History.
In order for aggrieved farmers to take part in our actions against the USDA, you have to be a member.
The cases will be filed in the DC District Court.
